Brazilian catering in Fitchburg: start with the occasion

A birthday with children and grandparents needs a different table from an office lunch between meetings. Before picking trays, decide what the food needs to do: welcome people, replace lunch or keep a party going. That one decision makes the rest of the order easier.
If the food is a snack
Salgados and pão de queijo are useful starting points for a reception or a meeting break. Our menu includes coxinha, risole, empadinha and pastel, but party portions and available assortments need to be confirmed with the kitchen. A table of minis is easy to share; it still needs enough food for the length of the gathering.
If the food replaces a meal
For an office lunch or family meal, start with the main dish, then think about rice, beans and sides. Ask us which menu dishes can be prepared for your group rather than multiplying an individual plate price and treating it as a tray quote. Portions, containers and preparation can differ between the two formats.
Give us five details
Send the event date, serving time, guest count, location or ZIP code, and the dishes you want. Include dietary needs and whether you prefer pickup or delivery. We use these details to check what the kitchen can prepare and whether delivery is available for that address. Sending a request does not reserve the date.
Plan the handoff, too
Choose who will receive the order and where it will be served. Ask about utensils, packaging and what is included in your quote. If your venue has no easy unloading spot, tell us ahead of time. A clear pickup or delivery plan is just as useful as choosing the menu.
