Some mornings call for a full breakfast. Others call for coffee and something small to eat on the way. Pão de queijo fits the second kind of morning—and it also earns its place on a table shared with coworkers or family.

What to expect from Brazilian cheese bread

Pão de queijo is a small cheese bread with a different bite from an ordinary bread roll. The outside and center have contrasting textures, and the cheese is part of the bread itself rather than a sandwich filling. On our menu, look for “Cheese Bread / Pão de Queijo” in the bakery section.

Keep breakfast simple—or add a sandwich

For a short bakery visit, start with pão de queijo and choose your drink separately. If you need something more substantial, the sandwich menu includes ham-and-cheese mistos and versions with egg or bacon. That lets everyone at the table choose their own breakfast rather than ordering the same thing for the whole group.

Ordering for a meeting

Before ordering for coworkers, decide whether pão de queijo is the whole breakfast or one item alongside sandwiches and salgados. Tell us the number of guests and when the meeting starts. For larger quantities, ask the team to confirm the order, packaging and pickup time; an individual bakery item is not automatically a catering package.

A note for guests with dietary needs

Do not rely on the name “cheese bread” to decide whether an item is suitable for an allergy or a restricted diet. Ask us to review ingredients and kitchen preparation before ordering. For guests new to Brazilian food, simply describing it as Brazilian cheese bread is a useful place to start.
